We do not operate call centres, nor do we engage in pushy sales tactics. We will never telephone you unless you request a call.
For clients with existing bonded warehouse accounts, Delivery Orders can be completed the same day.
We will never sell casks stored in facilities where you cannot hold an account in your own name. Transparency and control are essential.
Once purchased, we do not keep casks in our name—not even at your request. Your asset should always remain in your control.
Only a £100 deposit is required to reserve your cask. The balance is paid on the same day your Delivery Order is executed—ensuring a clean, efficient transfer.
Where some companies take weeks or even months to process paperwork, our aim is to finalise your acquisition within 10 working days.
Should you decide not to proceed, your deposit is returned in full. We do not charge for storage or insurance—these are managed directly between you and the bonded warehouse, ensuring clarity and confidence.

If you are new to cask ownership, we make this step seamless. You will receive a short application form—return it with your ID documents, and we will personally submit and manage the process on your behalf, keeping you updated at every stage.
Upon confirmation of your warehouse account:
• Transfer the remaining balance
• Receive your Delivery Order for signature
• We submit the documentation to the bonded warehouse the same day, initiating transfer of ownership
Your cask is now registered exclusively to you within the bonded warehouse.
